A Brotherhood Covenant

Read aloud together at the first gathering and at the start of each new season.

1. I will give an honest account of how I am actually living, every time we gather, before anyone asks.
2. I will own what I do. I will not hand my load to anyone else or make anyone else's silence part of my excuse.
3. I will receive my brothers' accounts with gentleness, ask hard questions, tell the truth, and refuse to flatter.
4. I will carry with my brothers what is too heavy for one man.
5. If a brother goes quiet, I will go after him.
6. I will keep what is said here.
